DONNA GRECCO

Donna’s path to the music industry was a bit indirect. At 26, she launched a design, large-scale event and retail design company earning a client list heavy in the music influenced fashion space. After ten successful years in production, she took the role of Vice-President of Marketing and Branding at a key client- Vida Brands working on licensed properties, Baby Phat and Phat Farm Footwear and the launch of Pastry. An integral member of the small team that grew the Pastry brand to $70m+ in wholesale in under one year, the experience became a testament to the power of music, media and an artist’s assets in the world of marketing and branding. After 7 years in the role, she joined Primary Wave where she held the role of V.P. of Marketing and EVP atBrand Synergy Group (Primary Wave’s experiential partner agency) producing countless music and entertainment based experiential events, tour activations, galas and shows.

The move to her current role as V.P. of Creative and Asset Management and building a department that manages hundreds of thousands of assets, was a perfect way to combine her organization skill and love of history and music into a passion for archiving and preserving artists’ legacies for future generations.

For Donna, the deep dive into music catalogues, estates and the legacy music is a dream job and the source of endless creative marketing concepts to execute upon.
